Job Description:-
1. Implement HR policies and programs including employee relations, recruiting and staffing, wage and salary administration, benefits, and management training.

2. Handling HR operational issues such as employee and labor relations, compensation reviews, escalated benefits issues and performance management.

3. Overseeing the work on Safety, health and environment condition.

4. Effective experience on recruitment, compensation, policy, PMS and exit.

5. Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to insure regulatory compliance. Identifies trends that could impact the organization objectives.

6. To develop working relationship with all Functional Heads; Production, Management, Maintenance and Quality.

7. Manpower handling.

Person should will to relocate at Umbergaon with Family. He should willing to do extended working. #hr #humanresources
